| 摘 要： | 产业的国际转移是经济全球化进程中的一个重要组成部分。产业的国际转移往往是从轻工业等劳动密集型产业的转移开始，进而到资本、技术密集型产业，从区域上往往从发达国家转移到次发达国家，再由次发达国家转移到发展中国家和地区这样逐层梯度推进。现阶段产业国际转移呈现出许多特点，发展中国家面对产业的国际转移需要采取优化产业结构，提高产业竞争力等措施。拟就产业国际转移的一般问题进行讨论。

| Abstract: | International transfer of industries is an important part of economic globalization, transfer of industries among countries or regions usually means the developed countries shift of their traditional manufacturing industries into the developing countries or orgions. Developing countries should take effective measures to correctly handle the relationships among labour intensive industry, capital inteusive and technology intensive industry, and relationship between traditional industries and hitech industries. |
