基于PLM的装备采办数据信息集成管理

装备采办数据信息集成管理是装备采办信息化建设的基础，然而军方与军工企业之间存在的信息不透明现象，导致军企双方无法进行对等的信息沟通，不能真正发挥装备采办中军方主导的作用。通过比较研究国内外数据信息管理现状，借鉴外军先进的管理理念与实践，提出基于PLM（product life—cycle management）的装备采办数据信息集成管理框架，以推动装备采办信息化建设的深入发展。

Data Information Integrated Management in Equipment Acquisition Based on PLM

Data information integrated management is the foundation of the equipment acquisition information construction. Since the information is opaque between the military and the military industry, the equal information communication cannot realize, and thus the military also cannot play leading role well in equipment acquisition. Comparing study the data information management at home and abroad, and drawing advanced management ideas and practice from the foreign, a framework of the data information integrated management in equipment acquisition based on PLM is proposed, which is expected to promote the further development of equipment acquisition information construction.
