传统风貌商业街区街道界面初步研究

当前,传统风貌复古风格的商业街区是许多城市弘扬地方传统文化特色和打造新的商业中心、经济增长点的重要载体,但因商业街区开发建设的品质良莠不齐,很多城市最终并没达到预期的目标,并导致了社会褒贬不一。重点从应承文脉、展示城市的地域文化特色和有效的空间使用效率两个方面进行讨论,并对街道界面进行了模式化的分析,比较不同的空间界面形式关系下的空间体验,寻求街道的空间界面形式在城市设计中应注意的问题。

Preliminary Research on the Interface of Traditional Commercial Streets

Traditional commercial streets,which are both praised and criticized,have sprung up in decades,while a lot of them have not reached their goals to carry forward the traditional local culture,build new center of the city or promote economic growth,because of greatly various qualities of all these types of constructions.This paper analyzed the patterns of street interface,compared their different spatial experience and focused on two key points which include promising to context as well as carrying forward the traditional local culture and efficient use of space,to discuss some problems associated with street interface which should be paid more attention to in the process of urban design.
