制度变迁理论及其对中国改革的启示

主流经济学通常视制度为既定的外生变量,但经济发展的实践证明,制度是决定一个国家特别是转型国家经济社会发展的内生的关键因素之一。从制度的起源与性质、制度变迁的主体、动力以及方式等方面,系统梳理了马克思、凡勃伦、诺思等经典学者的制度变迁理论,并从诚信社会构建、意识形态革新、推动政治体制改革等方面,探讨制度变迁理论对中国改革的重要借鉴价值。

Institutional Change Theory and Its Enlightenment to Chinese Reform

Mainstream economics usually regards institution as an exogenous variable set.But the practice of economic development shows that institution is one of the key factors of national economic and social development especially in transitional countries.In this article,institutional change theories of Marx,Veblen,North et al were systematically analyzed from the aspects of origin and property of institution and subjects,power and modes of institution change.The important reference value of institutional change theory to Chinese reform was discussed form the aspects of the construction of credible society,innovation of social ideology,gradual political reform etc.
