数字化训练管理评估方法研究

摘    要:装备采办人才数字化训练管理的目的是用数字化的方法,对所培训的人员进行全过程精确化的管理,使得培训效果最大化。训练评估是其中的一个重要环节,通过在培训过程中采集大量训练数据,通过模型的计算,得出评估结论。系统地介绍了采用柯氏四层模型建立的评估体系和相关的评估计算方法,并给出了具体的实例。

Abstract:The purpose of the digital training management system is to use digital technologies to provide a life cycle precision management of the training, to make training effect maximum. Evaluation method is one of the key techniques of the system. Through the collecting training procedure datum and model computing, the training results is given. In this paper, Kirkpatric's four-level assessment model is introduced, which is used to establish evaluation system. Also calculation method and calculating examples are described.
