摘    要:研究在现有湿法脱硫设施的基础上进行简单改进即可以实现烟气同时脱硫脱硝的技术,提出了以尿素-石灰溶液为吸收剂的湿法烟气脱硝技术.在试验中采用两级串连的填料塔为主体反应器,考察了吸收剂浓度(尿素/石灰)、空塔气速、吸收反应温度、pH值及添加剂KMnO4对脱硝效率的影响.结果表明:当尿素浓度为5 %、空塔气速为0.4 m/s、吸收反应温度为60~70℃、以石灰调节PH为8~9、并添加0.04%KMnO4时,可实现84.8%的脱硝效率.

Abstract:The feasibility of realizing simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification by simply retrofitting currently used wet desulfurization facility was studied,and hence a wet flue gas denitrification technology,taking urea/lime solution as the absorbent,proposed.Taking two stage cascade packing tower as the main reactor,the influence of absorbent concentration(urea/lime),gas velocity,reaction temperature,pH value and KMnO_4 on the denitration efficiency was analyzed.Results show that an 84.8% denitrification ...
