| 摘 要： | 随着信息社会的到来,企业信息化成为了国家信息化的重点,而企业综合管理信息系统的建设也成为企业信息化建设的核心。本文以北京矿冶研究总院建立综合管理信息系统为例,从究竟要建立一个什么样的管理信息系统、系统要解决哪些主要问题、如何实施才能成功建立管理信息系统等方面,谈一下个人的想法。
