低碳钢纯净度、过冷度与晶粒度的关系

摘    要:利用玻璃包熔真空悬浮熔炼等手段研究低碳钢的纯净度、过冷度与晶粒度之间的关系研究表明:随着包熔次数增加,钢中夹杂物含量减少,纯净度提高.但包熔次数达到4次后,纯净度开始降低.在约2×103K/min冷却速度下,低碳钢经包熔处理后,过冷度大幅度提高,包熔4次时达到最大值328 K.真空玻璃包熔后,随着钢液纯净度提高,过冷度增大,晶粒细化.

Abstract:The relationships of cleanness, undercooling and grain size of low carbon steel have been investigated by using of vacuum glass encasement levitation melting. Cleanness of low carbon steel increases with increasing of encasement times, then begins to decrease after four times. At the cooling rate of about 2 x 103 K/min the undercooling of low carbon steel remarkably increases after treatment and obtains a maximum value of 328 K at four times of treatment. With the increase of cleanness of liquid steel the undercooling of low carbon steel increases, which causes grain refinement.
