摘    要:抽油杆工作时存在横向振动、纵向振动和扭转振动,3个方向的振动相互耦合便得到抽油杆柱的实际振动。利用弹性体振动理论,将抽油杆柱看成质量连续分布的弹性体,分别建立抽油杆柱3个方向振动的动力学模型,在合适选取的初始条件和边界条件下,研究了振动模型解析解和数值解的求解方法。为了解抽油杆柱在运动中的实际振动规律和动力学性能,研究抽油杆柱偏磨机理和防偏磨措施打下了理论基础。

Abstract:The sucker rod string produced 3-D vibrations in the reciprocating motion, i.e. horizontal vibration, longitudinal vibration and torsional vibration. The actual vibration of sucker rod string was formed by coupling the vibrations in three directions. The sucker rod string was considered the elastic body whose quality was distributed by using the elastic body vibration theory. The dynamic models for the vibrations of sucker rod string in three directions were established. The vibration models were solved by analytic and numerical method with consideration of the initial conditions and boundary conditions. The theoretical work in this paper is the basis for the actual vibration law and dynamic behavior in vibration, and the study on mechanism of eccentric abrasion and anti-eccentric abrasion technology.
