Introduction to the characteristics of a linerboard production line in Hupo Paper

An imported tinerboard machine system was introduced including approach system, headbox, wire part, press part, drying part, size press, heat recovery, in which the parameters, configuration, characteristics and advantages were described, such as the application of pulp chest with small volume and use of medium consistency cleaner in the approach system. The new design of no temperature control system for slice plate of the headbox and in the feeding pipe of sizing system was adopted, to makes the system simplify, reduce the investment and energy consumption and s impli fy operation. The design of high dewpoint of 64℃ and operating dewpoint of 62℃ in the hood lays a foundation for energy conservation in the drying part.
