摘    要:围绕收集分析造纸机械用铸铁烘缸爆破试验和烘缸在实际运行中发生爆破的数据,揭示并论述了在目前设计规范条件下,烘缸爆破位置与其材料及制造工艺过程的内外在联系具有规律性,为正确认识评价烘缸提出新见解。

Abstract:Around the collection and analysis for the data of burst test lbr paper machine dryers made from cast iron and the actual dryer explosion occurred in operation, it was revealed and discussed in the current design specification conditions that the internal and external correlation is regular between dryer blasting location and dryer materials as well as manufacturing processes. The new ideas to the correct understanding and the evaluation for the dryers were put forward.
