铜铋对铅钙锡合金组织与电化学性能的影响

摘    要:研究添加少量的铜、铋对铅钙锡合金性能的影响,对不同铜、铋含量的铅钙锡合金的电化学性能进行了测试,并对合金的组织结构进行观察.实验结果表明:铋的加入降低了阳极氧气的析出过电位,同时可以提高合金的耐腐蚀性能;而铜加速了铅钙锡合金的腐蚀.

Abstract:The effects of copper and bismuth on the properties of Pb base alloys with a minor addition of Ca and Sn were investigated.The electrochemical property of the alloys with different copper and bismuth contents was tested,and the microstructure of them characterized,which showed that bismuth in the Pb-Ca-Sn alloys could decrease both the over-potentials for the oxygen evolution reaction and the corrosion resistance of the alloys,whereas copper addition deteriorated the corrosion resistance.
