摘    要:摘 要:通过应用精确化装补球技术、提高Ⅰ段磨机转速、将Ⅱ段磨机由格子型改造为溢流型、引进技术性能较好的细碎和分级设备、增加Ⅱ段副磨等技术手段,选矿处理能力提高了495t/d,回收率提高了2.71个百分点。为矿山创造了良好的经济效益。

Research and practice in improving productivity t and reducing consumption in the processing system of a copper mine in Yunnan province

Abstract:By applying precise ball charging technology, increasing the mill speed of section I, changing the mill of section II from grate ball mill to overflow ball mill, using equipments with better performance of fine crushing and grading, and adding side grinding of section II, mineral processing capacity has increased by 495 t/d, recovery rate has increased by 2.71 percent and good economic benefits of the mine has been created.
