云锡某难选锡铁矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:对云锡某难选锡铁矿开展选矿试验研究,根据矿石性质,采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的磁重工艺流程有效地回收了矿石中的锡矿物和铁矿物;流程试验获得粗锡精矿品位11.37%、回收率30.25%,锡富中矿品位3.8%、回收率5.51%,贫中矿品位15%、回收率9.85%,锡综合回收率45.61%;铁精矿产率28.92%、铁品位60.78%、铁回收率67.21%的良好指标。

Abstract:Abstract: The aim of this work is investigating the separation of tin and iron from a refractory ore in Yunnan Tin Corporation. Based on the properties of the ore, a process combining magnetic separation with gravity separation along with separating at different milling stage was adopted to recycle the tin and ferrous. It was demonstrated that a coarse tin concentrate grading 11.37%, a rich middle ore containing 3.8% and a poor middle ore containing 1.5% tin were got respectively, and that the recovery of tin in the coarse, milddle and poor products was 30.25% and 5.51% and 9.85% respectively, and that the total tin recovery efficiency reached 45.61%. Also it was shown that the yield of iron concentrate was 28.92%, and that the recovery rate of iron concentrate grading 60.78% was 67.21%.
