某铜冶炼高品位混合铜渣选矿工艺研究

摘    要:根据铜冶炼混合渣的性质,重点考察捕收剂种类、捕收剂用量、活化剂用量、中矿再磨等因素对渣选铜的影响。结果表明:丁基黄药作捕收剂,用量分别为粗选Ⅰ120 g/t,粗选Ⅱ60 g/t,扫选Ⅰ和扫选Ⅱ均为30 g/t;添加硫化钠作活化剂,添加量在粗选Ⅱ600 g/t、扫选Ⅰ300 g/t的条件下,闭路试验铜精矿品位为33.43%,铜回收率为94.96%。生产实践表明该工艺技术经济指标良好。

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of Some Copper Smelting Mixed Slag

Abstract:In this paper,According to the nature of the mixed slag of copper smelting, the effects of the kinds of collector, collector addition amount, activator addition amount on floatation, middling regrinding have been investigated. The results show that, using butyl xanthate as collector, the addition amounts are 120 g/t for the first stage of roughing, 60 g/t for the second stage of roughing, two stages for scavenging are 30 g/t and 30 g/t, respectively, using sodium sulfide as activator addition, the addition amounts are 600 g/t for the second stage of roughing and 300 g/t for the first stage of scavenging, the copper contents of concentrate and tailing are 33.43% and 0.43%, the copper recovery ratio is 94.96%. A good indicators obtained in the production practice.
