都龙难选多金属矿中锡石回收工艺流程的研究

摘    要:针对云南文山都龙锌锡铟难选多金属硫化矿原有的"重选—浮选—重选"锡石回收工艺存在的锡石回收效果不理想、锡回收率偏低的生产现状,开展细粒锡石浮选工艺研究,该工艺通过增加"溢流抛尾"、"浮选脱硫"及"浮锡流程及药剂制度的优化"三个阶段的优化完善,降低了矿泥及黄铁矿对细粒级锡石的"浮选—重选"分选过程的影响,浮锡粗精矿的品位和回收率分别提高了2.82和16.84个百分点,在回收率相近的情况下,浮锡粗精矿经摇床选别后产出的锡精矿品位由12.68%提高到43.17%。

Abstract:In Yunnan Wenshan Dulong for zinc indium tin polymetallic sulfide ore refractory original Gravity- Flotation- Gravity tin recycling process, cassiterite recovery is not satisfactory, the low recovery rate of tin production status. By increasing the "overflow tailing", "flotation desulfurization" and "optimization of the flotation process and pharmacy," the three stages of gradual optimization of adjustment, reducing sludge and coarse pyrite cassiterite for re-election , fine grade cassiterite float - the impact of re-sorting process, coarse re-election coarse cassiterite concentrate grade and recovery were increased by 1.38 and 4.36 percentage points, fine grade cassiterite flotation concentrate grade and recovery were increased by 2.83 and 16.84 percent in the recovery rate does not drop the case, fine grade cassiterite concentrate grade re-election by a 12.68% increase to 43.17%
