摘    要:本文系统地研究了乳酸在聚乙烯毗啶(PVP)树脂上的吸附和解吸特性。测定了乳酸在PVP树脂上的吸附动力学曲线和吸附等温线,研究了温度、无机盐浓度及液相pH值等因素对乳酸在PVP树脂上的吸附特性的影响。用动态实验比较了不同有机溶剂的洗脱性能。选择甲醇作解吸剂,考察了乳酸进液浓度、流速、床层的初始状态等因素对乳酸在PVP树脂柱中的动态吸附及解吸特性的影响,并对动态吸附过程进行了数学模拟。

Abstract:The characteristics of the adsorption and desorption of lactic acid on polyvinylpyridine (PVP) resins were studied. The kinetic curves and the adsorption isotherms of lactic acid on G5 resin (with 5 mol% DVB) were determined. The effect of temperature, inorganic salts and the pH on the adsorption equilibrium characteristics were studied. The adsorption dynamics of lactic acid on G5 resin in fixed bed were studied. The elution performance showed that methanol was a good eluent. The effect of initial state of bed, feed concentration and flow rate on the adsorption dynamics were investigated. The adsorption processes were simulated by mathematical model. The results indicated that in the range of the determined flowrates mass transfer rate was controlled by intraparticle diffusion.
