摘    要:根据兴安(贵广二回)直流输电工程单极投运后南方电网的实际情况,采用机组作用系数法和时域仿真方法,分析了发生次同步振荡风险高的运行方式。针对如何采用阻尼控制器抑制次同步振荡的问题,重点分析了采用整流站就地控制策略的可行性,并提出工程实用的控制器设计方法。利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真研究,验证了所设计的直流输电次同步振荡阻尼控制器的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the Mono-Pole operation stage of Xingan HVDC transmission project (Gui-Guang II), the operation mode most likely going with subsynchronous oscillation (SSO) is analyzed with UIF calculation and time-domain simulation. Aiming at the issue of how to utilize subsynchronous damping controllers (SSDC) to mitigating subsynchronous oscillation, this paper studies the feasibility of local-system-stable control strategy at the converter station, and presents a method for designing actually working controllers. A PSCAD/EMTDC simulation has been carried out on the mono-pole risky cases, demonstrating the effectiveness of our designed subsynchronous damping controllers.
