| 摘 要： | 通过对数控机床工艺可靠性主要技术指标的理论分析，讨论了工艺可靠性的控制，提出了数控机床工艺可靠性的定义及提高工艺可靠性的理论依据，建立了确定可靠性工艺技术指标的数学模型。
