摘    要:介绍了中外对智能电网概念及内涵的不同解释和认识,对关于建设坚强智能电网的必要性及已具备的条件进行了探究,认为建设坚强智能电网是满足人类未来需求的必然发展方向,未来的坚强智能电网将为我国的经济建设提供更稳定可靠的电力保障,为人民生活提供更优质、灵便和人性化的服务,同时为保护环境、节约能源做出更大的贡献。

Abstract:The interpretation and cognition to the concept and content of smart grids in worldwide was introduced, the necessity to build strong smart gird and required qualification was studied. To build a strong smart grid is the tendency to meet the future needs of human society development. The future strong smart grid will provide economic development a more stable and reliable ensurement, provide better quality of life for people as well as flexible and personalized services while protect the environment,save energy and make greater contribution.
