摘    要:实现了LD泵浦Nd:YAG微片激光器的室温运转,当泵浦功率为340mW时,1.06μm激光的CW输出功率为62.5mW,总的光-光效率为18%。本文简述了实验装置、结果,研究了微片激光器的一些输出特性。

Abstract:Room temperature operation of a Nd:YAG microchip laser pumped by LD wasachieved for the first time in China.The output power reached 62.5 mW,when pumpingpower was 340 mW.Optical efficiency was 18%.The experimental set-up and results aregiven and the primary properties of LD pumped microchip lasers are discussed in thispaper.
