摘    要:讨论了一台可用来测量直流、交流、操作波、雷电波以及它们的组合波的高精度、宽频带通用阻容型式分压器的特性,介绍了分压器的高压臂与低压测量部分的设计,并通过实验与EMTDC(电磁暂态仿真程序)相结合的方式,分析了其本体的杂散电感、对地电容以及引线电感等对测量的影响,研究了该分压器对标准雷的响应。上述几种电压波形下的测量结果均显示,该分压器的刻度因数与标称值相差均<1%。

Abstract:The property of a new high quality universal voltage divider is discussed, which can measure several types of voltage including AC, DC, lightning impulse (LI) and switching impulse (SI) and the rated values for AC, DC, LI and SI are 550kV(root-mean-square quantity), 700 kV, 1675kV and 1175kV respectively with high degree of accuracy. This divider is expected to measure DC, AC, SI, LI or the transient voltage composed of components from DC to LI, and this can save construction cost and be optimal land utilization of laboratory. A low voltage box including five grades is connected to the low voltage arm by a double-layer of shield cable with length of 150m, and so high voltage from 1kV to 1MV can be transformed to suitable values for a signal collector board. Then the signal can be transmitted to a computer by a digital fibre. The design of high voltage arm and low voltage parts of this divider is introduced in this paper. The response characteristics of the divider is experimentally measured and simulated by the electro-magnetic transient simulating program of EMTDC (Electromagnetic Transients including DC), and the effects of several factors such as length of lead, inductance and stray capacitance of high voltage arm which is calculated by software of ANSYS are analyzed. And the emulated results show that the effect of inductance of lead can be neglected in this divider. The differences between scale factors for different types of voltage are measured and the experimental results show that it is less than 1%.
