摘    要:对显微图像进行噪声过滤和增强是对其进行的分类、识别、检测处理的基础,在分析、综合传统的图像增强和图像分割的算法的基础上,将直方图变换和柔性数学形态学组合,提出了基于均衡化及柔性数学形态学的显微图像边缘检测方法,并通过实现表明该方法能够有效的抑制微生物显微图像的噪声,提高检测精度,保护边缘细节,并且易于编程实现.

Abstract:Filtering noise in images and enhancement of images is vital for classification, recognition and examination of stored-grain microbe images, The edge detection by combining histogram equalization with soft mathematical morphology is presented while anal- yzing the classical methods for image pre-processing. It is testified that the edge detection presented in the paper can effectively reduce the noise and improve correctness and can also finely protect the edges of objects images; furthermore, it is easy to accomplished by program.
