铜浮渣苏打——铅精矿熔炼新工艺研究

摘    要:针对某冶炼厂生产浮渣含硫低、含铜高的特点,提出了苏打—铅精矿反射炉熔炼新工艺。结果表明:铅、金、银直收率分别提高了10.75、19.86和12.82个百分点;冰铜含铜达28%以上;砷铜铅合金产量明显减少;炉子操作条件得到了改善。

Abstract:A novel technology of soda--lead concentrates reverberatory furnace smelting is put forward according to the characteristics of copper dross with low sulfur and high copper content. The results show that the recovery of lead, gold and silver increased by 10.75%, 19.86% and 12.82% respectively; copper in the matte reached up to more than 28%; the output of As--Cu--Pb alloy was reduced obviously; the operating condition of the furnace was also improved.
