| 摘 要： | 分析了自动配料的工艺流程，主要介绍了西门子S7-PLC和组态软件WinCC在自动配料中的应用，它解决了以前人工配料精度差、质量不稳定、统计管理差等缺点，自动化监控程度高，提高了生产效率，为生产的安全顺利运行提供了有力的保障。
