| 摘 要： | 面对逐年扩大的公路建设规模,云南省的自然生态环境受到严重威胁,走可持续发展之路,加强环境保护工作,成为云南公路建设的迫切需要和必由之路.从分析云南公路建设环保的紧迫性、重要性入手,论证了云南公路建设环境保护的制约因素,并从水土保持的方法、利用科技治理不良地质、多渠道筹集资金等方面有针对性地提出了云南公路环保对策和措施.

| Abstract: | With more and more highways building in Yunnan Province through years, natural environment is threatened seriously. To fulfill an environmental protection and keep a sustainable development becomes an urgent demand and the only way for Yunnan highway construction. From the importance and urgency of environmental protection, confinement factors in Yunnan highway construction are demonstrated. And measures and solutions are put forward after analyzing ways for water and soil conservation, geological improvement with science and technology and various funds -raising channels. |
