潜油螺杆泵采油系统轴向力计算及轴承强度分析

摘    要:潜油螺杆泵采油系统中轴向承载能力决定其排量、机组下潜深度、寿命等关键技术指标。根据潜油螺杆泵采油系统中轴向压力的计算方法计算出轴向载荷,对联轴装置中影响轴向承载能力的关键零部件——推力轴承进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明:总体应力分布比较均匀,但是偏向一侧,这与实际情况中,单向推力轴承承受偏心轴向载荷时的载荷分布是完全一致的。

Abstract:In electrical submersible motor driven progressing cavity pumping(ESPCP) system,some key parameters such as output of pump,depth of downwell unit,life depend on axial bearing capability.The axial load is calculated and finite element analysis of thrust bearings in coupling device is performed.The result has showed that the overall stress distribution is relatively uniform,but inclines to one side when one-way thrust bearing endure eccentric axial load.It is coincide with the practical result.
