| 摘 要： | 对城市中的老旧房屋和“城中村”中近二十多年来未经正规设计建造的房屋进行了调查研究 ,依据《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 5 0 0 11 2 0 0 1) ,对一栋典型二层砖砌体结构房屋进行了抗震验算。根据调研和单体房屋抗震验算的结果 ,评价这类房屋的抗震性能 ,指出这类单体房屋在抗震性能方面、在老居民区、城中村整体环境方面存在的一些共性问题 ,希望引起有关部门的重视。本文还从抗震防灾的角度 ,提出一些解决问题的思路和措施。

| Abstract: | After a series of investigations of some buildings built without proper design about 20 years ago were conducted and the two-storied masonry building was calculated according to the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (GB 50011-2001), the evaluation of the seismic behavior of them was carried out. The result shows that there are some common problems in the seismic behavior, the environment of the old living area and the whole city, which must be thought seriously by the relevant departments. Some seismic solutions to the problems are proposed. |
