| 摘 要： | 评述了液相外延法制备无机材料的研究进展，结果表明．液相外延技术制备的材料在光、磁、电等领域得到了广泛的应用，并对今后的实验研究提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The research progress of inorganic materials prepared by Liquid Phase Epitaxy are reviewed. It is shown that these materials are widely applied in the fields of optics,magnetism,electricity and so on.Several advices of the experiment and research for the future are also brought forward. |
