表面镀膜对锂离子电池石墨负极电化学性能的影响

摘    要:为了提高锂离子电池石墨负极的电化学性能,采用镀膜法对极片进行表面处理。结果表明:镀层TiN的存在减少了电极在首次充放电过程中形成的SEI膜的量,从而减少了活性物质和电解液的损失,提高了电池的充放电容量10%左右;TiN与SEI膜在电极表面共同形成的钝化膜要优于单纯的SEI膜,前者更有利于电池可逆容量和充放电效率的提高。

Abstract:Surface plating was used to improve the electrochemical performance of graphite anode of Li-ion batteries. The result indicated that the SEI formed during the initial charge and discharge process was significantly reduced by the TiN membrane plated on the surface of the graphite electrode, which consequently lessened the loss of the active component and the electrolyte and increased the specific capacity of the electrode by 10%. Meantime the function of the passivation membrane formed by the TiN and SEI together was better than that by single SEI, the former was advanced in the improvement of the reversible capacity and the coulombic efficiency of the electrode.
