基于Modbus通信的智能应急灯研制

摘    要:随着对公共安全要求的提高,消防应急照明系统趋向于智能化和网络化。设计了自带电源集中控制型智能消防应急灯具,采用基于RS-485总线的Modbus通信方式,具有主电电压、电池短路和开路、光源短路和开路状态检测以及声光报警和应急控制等功能。当主电连续供电一个月或一年后,可自动转为应急工作状态以测试灯具的应急功能是否完好,具有现场与远程两种控制方式。给出了系统结构以及实现主要功能的硬件和软件结构。

Abstract:Along with the increasing demand of public security,the fire emergency lighting system has a trend of intelligence and network.An intelligent fire emergency luminary powered by self-contained battery and controlled by central control panel is designed,which adopts RS-485-based Modbus communication mode,and has such functions as detection of main power-supply voltage,baffery short-circuit and open-circuit,light-source short-circuit and open-circuit,including voice-lignt alarming and emergency control.When main power operates for more than one month or one year successively,the luminary could be automatically transformed into emergency state,thus to test whether the function of lighting is ok or not.The luminary could be controlled by on-spot mode and remote mode.The luminary structure and the hardware and software structure for implementation of main functions are given.
