智能变电站建设方案分析

摘    要:结合内蒙古在建的首座智能变电站—包头西500 kV变电站的设计方案,分析了目前国内智能变电站建设的普遍模式,介绍了智能变电站的系统配置和网络结构:智能变电站由站控层、间隔层和过程层及其相应的网络构成,全站在采用相同的数据规约(IEC 61850)下建立统一的数据平台,实现站内信息的共享;模拟量采集采用"常规互感器+合并单元"的模式;所有保护装置均直采直跳,站内交流及公用直流统一监控。同时指出了智能变电站建设中存在户外智能柜内的二次设备要经受高、低温考验、TA内部出现保护死区、需要熔接大量光纤等问题。

Abstract:Combining with the design of first smart substation in west Baotou 500 kV substation in Inner Mongolia,the author analyzed universal model of smart substation construction in China.In this paper,the smart substation system configuration and network structure was introduced.The smart substation was consisted of the station control layer,the spacer layer,process layer and the relevant network.The whole station established a unified data platform on the basis of the same data statute(IEC61850) to realize the sharing of information,adopted analog merging unit conventional transformer + merge unit mode,all protective devices were direct acquisition of direct tripping,and AC and utilities DC were unified monitored.This paper also pointed out some problems in the smart substation construction as secondary equipment to withstand high and low temperature test,internal protection dead-zones of TA and welding a large number of fiber.
