碳纤维复合芯导线在内蒙古电网的适用性分析

摘    要:碳纤维复合芯导线具备优越的节能增容效果,环境适用能力强。与相同规格的钢芯铝绞线等常规导线相比,具有质量轻、抗拉强度高、耐高温、弧垂小、线膨胀系数低的特点,与常规导线具有相同截面积情况下其导体截面大,抗腐蚀性能强,若用于各类输变电增容及改造工程中,可对现有杆塔及输电走廊等设施进行充分利用,在大幅度提高传输容量的同时有效减少输电走廊的土地使用面积,优化土地资源利用,从而降低电网整体投资,缩减改扩建周期,减少停电损失。针对目前内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司在电网建设方面存在的问题,结合其他网省公司输电线路新建、改造工程中碳纤维复合芯导线应用经验,建议将碳纤维复合芯导线用于内蒙古电网输电线路增容、扩建、改建工程,符合新形势下电网建设可靠、安全、节约的理念。

Abstract:The ACCC has advantage of superior enery-saving and capacity-increasing effect and the ability of application environments.Compared with conventional ACSR with the same specifications,ACCC has characteristics of light weight,high tensile strength,high temperature,sag small,low coefficient of linear expansion.And it has corrosion resistance strong advantages for all kinds of power transmission capacity increase and renovation project,which can be beneficial to make full use of the facilities of the existing tower and transmission corridors;thus it will advantage increasing transmission capacity while effectively reducing transmission corridor land use area,optimizing the use of land resources,reducing the grid overall investment,expansion cycle and the outage loss.In view of issues existing in the power grid transmission construction in Inner Mongolia Electric Power(Group) Co.,Ltd.,combining with applications experience of ACCC construction and renovation in other provincial grid transmission lines,the author put forward recommendations to make use of the carbon fiber composite core wire in the capacity increase,expansion,renovation project in Inner Mongolia power grid transmission lines,which is in line with the concept of reliability,safety and economy.
