摘    要:研究了不同前处理手段和测试条件对气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定造纸废水中多环芳烃(PAHs)持久性有机污染物的影响。经对比,最优测试条件为选用DB-5作为GC-MS毛细管色谱柱,选用二氯甲烷作为萃取剂,萃取时间30 min,同时加入1.0 g NaCl作为盐析剂,机械振荡20 min。

Abstract:The effects of different pretreatment methods and test conditions on determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in papermaking wastewater by GC-MS were investigated.It was found that the best extracting effects could be obtained by using DB-5 as the chromatographic column of GC-MS,methylene chloride as the extractant,30 min extraction time,0.1 g NaCl as salting-out agent,and 20 min mechanical oscillation.Using the optimized conditions the determination results showed that the 6 kinds of PHAs found in the influent leaved only 2 kinds in the effluent.
