MOA和绝缘子实时在线监测专家系统的设计

摘    要:分析了监测对象——MOA避雷器和绝缘子的失效模式、故障原因和检测方法。为了实现输电线路设备的实时在线监测,构建了CAN节点网络的监测对象,包括MOA阀片泄漏电流、环境温度和湿度、绝缘子放电CCD图像特征和实时视频;完成了以DSP为核心器件的信息提取和分析的硬件设计,以及CAN网络、广域网和MOA故障诊断的专家系统的结构设计;并给出了系统在线路电磁兼容和接地可靠性方面的处理方法,为智能电网建设提供底层硬件设计支持,提高了电力系统的运行可靠性。

Abstract:The thesis analysed the failure mode,fault cause and test methods of the the MOA lightning arrester and insulator.It constructed the monitoring objects of CAN node network,including MOA valve slice leak current,environmental temperature and humidity,CCD image characteristics and real-time video while insulator was discharging.It also completed the hardware design based on DSP core device for the information extraction and analysis,and structure design of the CAN network design,WAN and the MOA expert system about fault diagnosis.While in consideration of the system reliability and the electromagnetic compatibility,it summarized the methods for the ground connection at a secondary side of the high voltage and the processing line of the low voltage.
