继电保护定值执行过程中误整定的原因分析及防范措施

摘    要:根据多年工作经验,总结供电企业专业技术人员在继电保护定值现场执行过程中由于人员专业素质参差不齐、电流互感器变比错误、数据执行错误、保护装置安装位置分散、软压板执行错误、定值区执行错误等原因发生的误整定,造成继电保护误动、拒动或者误发告警信号情况。结合某供电局近年来出现的误整定实例,从整定计算、现场执行、定值核对、人员培训、定期校验等方面提出了具体的防范措施。

Abstract:On the basis of many-year working experiences,the author sumed up the causes for the power supply company's technicians set error in the relay protection setting process on site,such as their professional quality is uneven,the ratio of current transformer is wrong,the data set error,the installation location is dispersive and complex,the soft protection linking piece set error,the zone of relay protection setting value set error and other reasons,even cause its maloperation,miss trip or sending some wrong signals.With the incorrect setting example of a power supply bureau in recent years,advances from setting calculation,setting on site,setting check,personnel training,scheduled testing etc,the author put forwards some concrete preventive measures.
