浆厂VPSA-O2系统性能劣化的因素及控制

摘    要:介绍了浆厂氧脱木素、氧碱抽提、污水处理、纯氧曝气所需要的氧气源于VPSA-O2系统的优点,指出VPSA-O2系统的性能受分子筛的选择和使用、吸附器及其结构及流程中的其他设备和元件(鼓风机、真空泵、氧气增压机、切换阀和控制子系统)等因素的影响。

Abstract:Advantage of oxygen preparation using for oxygen delignification,oxygen alkali extraction,waste water treatment,pure oxygen aeration in the pulp mill by VPSA-O2 system were introduced.Performances of VPSA-O2 system were influenced by selection and application of molecular sieve,absorber and its structure,as well as the equipment in the process including blowers,vacuum pumps,oxygen compressor,switching valves and control subsystem components and other.The shortcomings of VPSA-O2 system were analyzed.
