摘    要:某风电场变压器发生区外接地故障,导致变压器差动保护误动作造成整个风电场停电事故。经分析,事故原因为变压器差动保护程序存在缺陷,计算差动电流时没有消除零序电流分量,造成差动保护误动作。采取升级保护软件版本的措施后,变压器运行至今未再发生类似事故。对此提出今后对于新建变电站变压器保护的配置、选型以及设备验收应符合相关规程要求,以杜绝此类事故的发生,确保电网的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:An external grounding fault resulted in the transformer differential protection misoperation,causing power cut accident of the wind farm.By analysis,the transformer differential protection process existing defects,the calculation of differential current without removing the zero sequence current resulted in the differential protection misoperation.After upgrading software version,the transformer hasn't occurred a similar incident again.It also puts forward demand of the new substation transformer protection configuration,equipment selection in accordance with the relevant regulations to prevent such accidents,and ensure power grids safe and stable operation.
