摘    要:陈述了W型火焰锅炉燃烧系统的特点,介绍了美国B&W公司的燃料着火指数(IF),3种燃烧器及其适用的制粉系统,比较了燃烧器与磨煤机4种配置下煤粉的着火温度及着火热量,以及北京巴布科克.威尔科克斯有限公司在燃用低反应特性煤质时燃烧系统设计优化措施。

Abstract:Features of W-shape flame boiler combustion system is being described.An introduction is presented to the fuel ignition factor,the 3 cyclone burners and their matching pulverizing systems,while a comparison of ignition temperature and heat made between 4 matching options of burner with pulverizer in BW Company(US).Meanwhile,specific design optimization measures for combustion systems burning coals of low reaction characteristics in Babcock Wilcox Beijing Co.Ltd are also mentioned.
