空气预冷系统设备结垢分析和处理

摘    要:6000 m3/h空分设备空气预冷系统中冷水机组的冷凝器、水冷塔和空冷塔结垢,冷却效率下降,进入分子筛纯化系统的空气温度超标,使水和二氧化碳等杂质进入空分设备低温系统并冻结,导致空分设备运行工况恶化,被迫停车。清洗冷水机组的冷凝器、蒸发器以及水冷塔和空冷塔后,空分设备恢复正常运行。介绍故障经过和原因,阐述处理过程和采取的预防措施。

Abstract:Because of scale of condenser,water cooling tower and air cooling tower of chilling unit of 6000 m3/h air separation plant air pre-cooling system,the cooling efficiency drops,the temperature of air entering the molecular sieve purification system exceeds the specified value and in turn water and carbon dioxide enter the low temperature system of air separation plant and are frozen there.The case of air separation plant is worsened and the plant is forced to shutdown.After cleaning of condenser and evaporator of the chilling unit,and water cooling tower and air cooling tower,the air separation plant is recovered to normal run.Here,the course and causes of the trouble are introduced and the treatment process and preventive measures ware described.
