摘    要:介绍延长兴化2套43000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备的主要性能指标、流程组织、主要配套部机及其特点,详细分析冷箱内设备和管道、阀门及仪表管线的优化布置,以及为解决特殊要求而采取的优化设计。

Abstract:The main performance indexes,flow organization,main necessary devices and their features of two sets of Yanchang Xinghua 43000 m3/h inner compression process air separation plant are introduced,the optimized arrangement of devices and pipelines inside the cold box,the valves,and instrumentation pipelines are analyzed,and optimized design for meeting users' special requirements is described.
