摘    要:目前在计算下塔时一般按-30%~+5%的操作弹性进行校核,但这个数据并不是下塔的实际操作弹性。通过计算12000 m3/h空分设备的下塔在不同塔径下的一些关键技术指标,指出应根据下塔的实际直径校核后得出一个合理的下塔操作弹性范围,以指导用户尽量在此范围内操作下塔。

Abstract:Currently,the calculation of lower tower is generally checked with-30%~+5% turndown ratio,however,this data is not the actual turndown ratio of the lower tower.Through calculation of some key technical indexes for lower tower of 12000 m3/h air separation plant of different bore diameters,it is pointed out that a reasonable turndown ratio range of lower tower shall be obtained through check of its actual diameter,which shall be used to guide the lower tower to run within thin range as far as possible.
