| 摘 要： | 在53000 m3/h空分设备冷开车过程中发生液悬现象,在不停止向精馏塔内供气的情况下,通过运行参数的调整使空分设备精馏工况恢复正常。简介液悬发生时的运行参数,介绍发生液悬的原因、详细的运行参数调整措施以及从中获得的经验。

| Abstract: | In case of liquid suspension trouble occurring at cold start of 53000 m3/h air separation plant,the air separation plant is recovered to normal rectification condition through adjustment of the operating parameters at uninterrupted supply of air to the rectification tower.Here,the operating parameters at occurrence of liquid suspension,the causes for the trouble,detailed measures to adjust the parameters and the obtained experiences are briefed. |
