正弯静叶片对跨声速高压涡轮级内激波强度的影响

摘    要:采用弯叶片技术对跨声速高压涡轮原型直叶片进行了正弯叶片造型,并且对直叶片及正弯静叶的跨声速高压涡轮级进行了三维数值模拟,分析了静叶正弯对尾缘激波强度以及整个高压涡轮级效率的影响。结果表明,对静叶进行正弯有利于削弱高压涡轮静叶端部激波强度,进而减小了静叶端区的分离,提高了整个高压涡轮级的效率。

Abstract:Using the technique of bending blade,the profiling of positive bending blade is carried out to the original straight blade in transonic speed HP turbine and positive bending blade,as well as three dimensional value simulation is made to the transonic HP turbine stage of straight blade and positive bending stationary blade,the influence of stationary blade positive bending to shock wave strength on trailing edge and efficiency of whole turbine stage is analyzed.The result indicates the positive bending of stationary blade is propitious to impair the shock wave strength of stationary blade end in HP turbine,thus reduce the abruption of end zone in stationary blade,and increase the efficiency of whole HP turbine stage.
