Abstract:Aiming at the plasma spraying process control, the control system model is developed on the basis of analyzing control parameters and coating properties and their correlation, and the corresponding control method and regulations are also given. With the developed expert controller for plasma spraying process, stable spraying can be realized using ordinary spraying powder and the coating of compaction, homogeneity and high bonding strength can be obtained.
