摘    要:结合实际工程,应用三维非线性有限元法,全面考虑混凝土、围岩和锚杆三者变形对岩锚吊车梁受力状况的影响,计算分析了岩锚吊车梁在运行期轮压作用下的工作性态和稳定性,并分析了用有限元法与刚体力系平衡法计算岩锚吊车梁的差异,并指出了岩锚吊车在设计、施工中的注意事项.有限元数值分析表明,在设计最大轮压作用下岩锚吊车梁的锚杆应力较小,主要分布在梁壁接触面附近;围岩变形很小,吊车梁素混凝土局部最大拉应力为1.04MPa,梁壁接触面最大开度为0.023mm,整体稳定性具有足够的安全储备。

Abstract:Combined with the extending project practice of underground powerhouse at some hydropower station,we take fully consideration of the effect caused by deformation of concrete,rock mass and anchor rod on rock bolt crane girder,three-dimensional non-linear finite element method is applied to simulate and analyze the wheel load stress state of crane girder bolted of chamber during operation phase. And the difference of the computation of the rock bolt crane girder is analyzed between the FEM and the Equity of Geostatic Computational. results show that the stress of anchor rod under the process of wheel loading,it is mainly distributed near the interface between the rock mass and concrete material. The rock mass's deformation is very small and the beam's local max tensile stress is 1.04 MPa and the max width of the crack between the rock mass and concrete material is 0.023 mm. So the safe resere is enough.
