客车概念设计阶段的车身结构优化设计分析

摘    要:阐述了概念开发阶段客车车身结构优化分析的方法,结合客车的概念实例,采用简化的参数化有限元模型,进行了以降低车身骨架自重为目标的车身结构参数的优化分析,从而有助于在设计初期预测和完善整车性能,减少设计重复和缩短开发周期,为车身结构设计有关参数的选择提供明确的方向。

Abstract:According to the aim and attributes of bus body structural optimisation during conceptual design,this paper carried out the bus body structural optimisation analysis for the reduction of the body structural weight,using the simplified parameterised FE model(from conceptual model).It demonstrates,taking a bus body structure as an investigated example,that structural optimisation for conceptual design provides a method for autobody structural design enabling to improve the whole body structural performance at the early stage of development,cut down the repetition in design and shorten lead time.
