无苯退漆剂研究及应用

摘    要:在涂料涂装施工过程中,需要将无用的漆膜除去.本文通过对比常见的几种退漆方法,针对以往常用的含苯有机溶剂退漆剂存在的选择性强,适用范围窄,挥发性强,退漆速度慢,苯含量高,毒性大等缺点,根据各种涂料树脂及溶剂的物化性能,通过选用国产非苯类芳香烃类溶剂,进行多次配方筛选试验,研制出新型无苯退漆剂.经实验室评定及现场工业应用结果表明,研制的无苯退漆剂克服了原含苯退漆剂存在的缺点,可用于除去硝基、氨基、醇酸、酚醛、聚氨酯、过氯乙烯、丙烯酸、环氧树脂等多种漆膜.适用碳钢、不锈钢、铜、铝及木质家具等多种材料表面漆膜的退除.

Abstract:In the process of paint coating, the previous coat must be removed. This paper introduces the developing process and application of a new kind of paint remocer, on the basis of comparision of several common removing methods, in accordance with the shortcomings of benzene-bearing organic paint remover used currently, rapid volatility, low removing speed, high content of benzen and severe toxicity, a new type of benzeneless paint remover has been developed after chosing chinese-made benzeneless aromatie solvents and repeated e-limination experiments according to the physical and chemical properties of varions paint resins and solvents. The results frrom being evaluated in laboratory and used industrially in fields indicate that the new remover has overcome all shortcomings of previous removers. The new remover can be used not only to remove many kinds of paints. (epoxy, alkyd, amino, organosilicon, acrylic, polyurethane and nitro paints) but also to clear paints on the surface of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and wooden! furnitures.
