成形车刀刃形的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:有鉴于成形刀具刃形设计的难度较大、精度不高。木文以向量矩阵法推导成形车刀刃形的数学模型,再用微型电子计算机算出其坐怀值,并绘成刃形曲线。同时将程序存入软盘,供随时调用。从而在刃形设计的速度和精确性方面,均取得了较满意的结果。


Computer Aided Design for the Cutting Edge of the Formed Turning Tools
Abstract:Seeing that the cutting edge design of formed tools is very difficult and its accuracy is low, this article presents a method that by using Arrowy Matrix Method a mathematical model for cutting edge of Formed Turning Tools can be derived. It's coordinates are calculated and described as cutting edge curves by means of an electronic eomputer, meanwhile software is transported into diskettes which may be provided when necessary. This calculated result is satisfactory in speed and accuracy for the cutting edge design.
