丙烯酸系高吸油性树脂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:采用悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸系高吸油性树脂,研究了悬浮聚合丙烯酸系吸油性树脂中不同单体配比、交联剂用量、反应温度等因素对吸油性树脂的吸油倍率的影响。实验结果表明:在优化条件下,吸油性树脂的吸苯能力最大,为19.5g/g。

Abstract:The high oil adsorption resin was synthesized by the method of suspension polymerization.In the suspension polymerization,the effects of the difference monomers ratio,amount of crosslinkinn agent and reaction temperature on oil absorption rate were studied.The experimental results showed that the oil absorption power of the resin is about 19.5(g/g) for benzene,under the optimized technology.
